In case you have been living under a rock and missed this, in January Kamala Harris became the 49th Vice President of the United States. This makes her the the highest-ranking female official in U.S. history. On top of that she is the first African American to hold the position of Vice President. What a literal BOSS.

Gitanjali Rao

If you've ever thought you're too young to change the world - think again!

15-year old Gitanjali Rao has done just that after she created a water contamination tool in response to the water crisis in Flint, MI when she was just 10 years old! She has been named TIME magazine's first ever 'Kid of the Year'

Christina Koch

Did you ever dream of being an astronaut? Maybe you still do?

Christina has made history by being the first woman to spend 328 days on a single mission in space! She will now train for the NASA program - alongside a handful of other female astronauts - for the planned 2024 moon landing!

Jennifer Atilemile

Victoria's Secret are finally beginning to include some diversity in their models! In 2020, the beautiful Jennifer Atilemile became the first Australian curve model to be signed to a Victoria's Secret campaign. 

Amanda Gorman

This incredible woman was the youngest poet in history to read her work at an inauguration when she performed at President Joe Biden's inauguration in 2021. Her performance was watched by over 33 million people!
